The track is the first piece of material that This Wild Life have released as an independent act.
Here’s what vocalist Kevin had to say on both the new track and the news of the duo becoming an independent act:

After six years and three albums with the wonderful Epitaph Records, we’ve decided to step out on our own and begin the journey of independently producing and releasing our own music.

The duo released their last album ‘Petaluma’ back in 2018.
